If you're worried about longevity and the powertrain then the only choice is the Tundra. The 5.7 and 6sp is bulletproof. The model may be getting long in the tooth (all new expected in '19) and lacking some options of the others but you can't beat it for reliability.
Many will argue about the low payload ratings but they are higher than the Ram. The axle ratings are also rated higher than the Ford. If I recall correctly, the cabin in the crewmax is the biggest of the 3. I miss my '07 Tundra and would buy another in a heartbeat. My previous Ram was the worst vehicle I ever owned. Yes, I have another but only because the dealer gave me a deal I couldn't pass up and I need a 3/4t.
