The 6r80 in the Ford is one of the toughest, if not the toughest transmission in any half ton, ever (see what the drag racing crowd does with it!). It is far more likely to find an F150 with good payload capacity.
The Ram has a really nice powertrain, but the rest of the truck may not be as well suited to towing.
Or buy a 2015 F150 which blows both of those away, and the 2nd gen 5.0 is quite the engineering masterpiece. And a note on the Toyota, as a former 4 time Toyota owner, and 2 time Toyota truck owner, the Tundra has NOTHING on the F150. The gas guzzling 5.7 is from a different era, and the truck is a mishmash.
