The Toyota is a solid truck but dated platform a bit overpriced and very thirsty.
I just couldn’t get over the ride in the Ram. It felt TOO mushy to me. The Ford has a better ride to me. Although the Hemi with 8 speed felt quicker I love the 5.0 and 6 speed. It does exactly what I need it to do.
It was honestly VERY hard to find a used Ram with the 40/20/40 seating in the front. I can’t use a truck with a console in it and a vast majority of them are equipped like that in the crew cab trucks. Not that I was leaning all that hard towards the Ram, it was more of a second choice. They aren’t bad trucks, just not what I was hoping it would be.
