If a wooden frame is an option for you, Northstar and Bundutec round off the list.
I must say that I am very happy with the build quality of my current Northstar Arrow (hardwall) camper.
I can not say much about Hallmark quality as I have never owned one. But when we visited back in 2012, they welcomed us like family. That must count for something.
You might take a trip to Colorado and visit Phoenix, Hallmark and Outfitter. They are not really far away from each other. If nothing else, it would be a nice trip with Rocky Mtn NP nearby.
