And then we have Phoenix Campers: https://phoenixpopup.com/
Never seen one of those this side of the Atlantic.
If a wooden frame is an option for you, Northstar and Bundutec round off the list.
I must say that I am very happy with the build quality of my current Northstar Arrow (hardwall) camper.
I can not say much about Hallmark quality as I have never owned one. But when we visited back in 2012, they welcomed us like family. That must count for something.
You might take a trip to Colorado and visit Phoenix, Hallmark and Outfitter. They are not really far away from each other. If nothing else, it would be a nice trip with Rocky Mtn NP nearby.
I agree with you on the NorthStar and Bundutec. I'm looking hard at both. They are well built for what I will be doing, even though they are built to take abuse. I'm not going hard core off road. Plus the price for a fully self contained NorthStar popup is super reasonable priced compared to the others.
Wood has better insulation value. Plus wood is tried and proven to work construction wise if done right. I have a place to store my camper when not in use so I can keep it from leaking and stay with the maintenance that is needed which is very little with a pop up NorthStar.
I do like the full fiberglass bodies but really there are not that many seams to take care of with a popup to begin with.
