rather than looking at brochure "dry weight" look at the yellow sticker in the trailer. that will list (at least on trailers built after about 2010) the actual weight as it left the mfg. It does not include the weight of batteries or the weight of propane.
And for empty tongue weight it usually is WAY off what actual tongue weight will be. First it excludes the battery(s) and propane, which immediately add almost directly to tongue weight. Or weight of anything you add.
In my case empty tongue weight from the factory was around 800lbs, but actual tongue weight loaded with water etc. is 1400. Quite a difference!
