? About emptying camper tanks into external holding tank

I do have a battery on the tongue of the travel trailer but I feel like getting a 12V battery would be easier to bring it wherever the pump is.
And after reading the reviews on amazon most people seemed to be more than satisfied with how those pumps where performing except when it clogs/blows a fuse.
But this is definitely a solution for my problem, thanks again for the replys
