? About emptying camper tanks into external holding tank

Hey,

So I have a travel trailer that I live in full time. Where it's at right now (unless I dig a little) the output for the camper tanks are very low. I have an external tank that I plan to fill and bring to my local dump station. The problem is that it's not an easy operation since the external holding tank is higher than the camper tank. I was wondering if there was a better solution than tearing up the ground to empty my tanks. I'm hoping theres some type of syphoning hose out there or something.
