Get the 1 ton...cost is negligible and size isn't any different...gives you a little extra margin if your camper is heavier than the tag says.

I'm not sure about the Seats in the latest models but our 2008 has two front seats with a big storage pod in the middle. I would be surprised if they don't have something similar...if not, I bet an after market source could get one for you.
