I have thought about this a little more and realized that the shop has already rotated the tires which has not made any change. If I were to remove the drive shaft would the yolk stay in the end of the transmission while revving the engine and transmission?
Yes, remove it and see what it does. Also , like I said before, his low miles could cause the bearings to get rough spots in them causing a vibration.
