1 ton dually or Medium Duty for large 5er?

20,000 lb trailer... so the truck needs to carry 4000 lbs pin weight, 2000 lbs body upfit weight, 1000 lbs passenger and other cargo weight. The truck needs a 7000 lb payload capacity. That's class 5 at the minimum, better with class 6.
