Depends who builds the Cab. Here you get sleepers and an extended cab on a Commercial truck. You can add an apartment on the tray if you are using it as an RV.In Europe Scania parks the driver in a Motel they find it works out cheaper. What is a good sleeper is a bit of an argument in Europe for Commercial operations.
