1 ton ride quality
For those who have the air suspension option in the Ram 3500, does it improve ride quality when empty?

My friend had a 2017 with leaf springs that was wrecked and replaced with a 2018 with bags. His wife complains that the bags are very bouncy in comparison. I have a 2015 3/4 with coils and find that his 1 ton rides at least as comfortable as my 3/4 ton. And for the record, they both drive VERY comfortable for HD pickup trucks, in my opinion.
