Not sure why there would be an issue getting air suspension parts, but I'll take you at your word. The 2014 trucks seem to be the ones with the issues, exhuast leaks 2wd trucks, some EGR cooler failures and the ticking time bomb that is improperly torqued #4 & 5 rod bolts.
All 2014 trucks and the rod issue is sadly a unknown number of engines that had got out without traceability! I bet someone got fired over that one!
Part supply is for the most part a non issue now but engine supply is. Ram still only is allowing a three day window for ordering the Ecodiesel per month. As demand is higher than supply. Most trucks ordered for dealer stock are only on the lot 4 to 6 weeks before being sold.
So far other than two mirror trim issues mine has been rock solid and is not the turtle some would like everyone to think they are. Off the line I have not found anything that can touch it (pickup and suv that is!). As for comfort you can't touch it and this thing can get from Perrysburg Ohio to Mississippi on a tank of fuel driving 77 mph. Try that in a gasser!
