11 1/2’ TC owners wish they had a 9 1/2’
Hmmm...OP,just saw your post and brought back
some good memories. We did the same exact thing in the '70s era.
Started with a 8' tc but wife sayz get a bigger TC.
So having all one ton DRW trucks I came home with a new 11' 6' TC. Gave a whoppin' 2150 bucks and it was the caddy of TC's made in OK at that time. OK had three TC mfg in the late '50s up till the early '80s era.
WE also pulled boats for lots of COE lake camp/fish. Being taller and heavier/longer it became a pain getting into areas we went before. After about a year wife fell for a 9' 6" same brand TC. Being shorter in height and length we found we could get back into our old time favorite camp areas pulling the same boat.
The 9' 6" TC worked out best for us.
