110 Volt grounding ???
Why is the trailer metallic skin or metal frame parts not grounded back on 110 Volt. Is this because it is also the ground for the 12 volt system ??

I did not know that 12 volt grounding and 110 volt grounding could be connected in circuit.. Just wondering and I do believe that you are correct however just thinking if a short occurred would the tow vehicle electrical 12v computer be affected if they were all connected in circuit/??
