Are you saying that your factory truck payload is 2920? If I had to guess by the fuzzy picture, your truck is a Dodge 3500, and it looks like a short bed, what engine/axle combo??? More info would be helpful because I'm guessing on the truck.
If that is true. the 1100RX is designed for a long bed truck. The 1100RX has a 50" COG which is too far back for a short bed truck. Also that dry weight of 2820 on the camper is misleading. It's before any options so add another couple hundred pounds to that dry weight.
Technically you'll be over your payload by the time you add anything to the camper. However, IF you have the diesel, you'll have the 11.5" AAM axle which can handle the weight and your biggest limiting factor will be the tires. Suspension mods technically don't add to your GVWR (official disclaimer).
General rule of thumb is to add 800-1000 lbs of weight to your camper by the time you add fuel, food, water and stuff.
Tires: Once again GUESSING on your truck info, you probably have tires rated at 3195 lbs each. You can get Nitto's with a load index of 126 or 3750 lbs or go big to 19.5" tires and get load capacity around 4500+ depending on if you get 245's or 265's or?
