1121 Lance Tip Out Sag, starting the job
Beginning extensive repair job on 02 Lance 1121. Water appears to have entered tip out gaskets as water marks are showing on deck below tip out tracks.

Pic here shows no water leakage under fridge. Far left wood bulk head wall never had any water. Tested fridge drain and all is working well.
