Most properly outfitted 1/2 tons will tow that. Check the payload some may come up short (assume 1000-1100 tongue weight and what ever is loaded in the truck including people)
Pretty much any 3/4 ton will tow it with ease.
If you already had the 1/2 ton and were just checking. Go for it if the specs work.
If you are buying, the 3/4 ton cost difference is negligible and will do a better job.
