The OP didn't ask about a 3/4 ton which is another topic and just clutters up his OP so most folks stick with the original OP question.
Then we have others who want to argue why get a 3/4 ton when the one ton SRW is just 700 bucks more . Then the DRW crowd jumps in with their why not just get a DRW. So where does it stop. Many times the OP gets disgusted and doesn't come back which I don't blame them.
For every negative thing you have had happen to you with your 1/2 ton truck there are thousands more out here who enjoy their 1/2 ton truck performance with what ever they towed or carried. I know I did and still do.
