12 V or 110 TV
should a person get a 12 V TV or use inverter and 110 V

We had a Polaroid, Jensen, and Skyworth DC TV's over a 2 year period. We have a 110AC 19" Toshiba combo DVD TV that has been used for more than 7 years and still works perfectly.
Sounds like you had some real bad luck with your 12 volt purchases. Three separate TVs in a 2 year period sounds like something more than just a TV problem. Im going on 5 years with the Jensen and about 2 years with the RCA, both 12 volt, and they work great.
