I found that is was quiet a 1/2 voltage so I added a $3 pulse width modulator which allows it to be quiet while moving less air but also to move a lot of air if needed.

You can do the same with the Endless Breeze, it just costs more.

I have one of the reversing kind like this for my Vortex vent fan, never got around to installing it, might hack it into the Endless instead
