The 5.9 P pump 12V is an amazing engine to put down big power with little $$$.
I dyno'd my 2001.5 years ago(like 2003 or so) at Dynomite Diesel Products - Monroe, WA. That day Lenny the owner put down in the high 800's and 1400 +, with a 12V.
Chris, what did your 2001.5 dyno at?
283/596, however which was low for the setup. I later found that the throttle cable had an issue that is common to 24V's. The cable for the apps to the go pedal had to much slack. If you lift the go pedal on a 24V valve and it comes up an inch or more you have the issue. I would climb the Siskiyous faster on cruise control than the throttle pedal.
You lift the pedal and put fishing split sinkers on the end of the cable to take up the extra slack or a nylon tie wrap at the top of the throttle pedal.
So it was most likely 325/650-700. It had Jammer 1 injector, Edge Comp without the pump tapped(I had the urge from time to time, however I never tapped it)AKA Edge EZ mode, PDR35-W12 Turbo, and SS 4" exhaust. Plus a bunch of other mods.
So for a truck that was stock 235/460 at the crank, those numbers at the rear wheels are not to bad. It towed at 20,500 combined really well.
