That is probably correct and definitely is the first thing to try, but........
If the LED lights won't light, try reversing the ceiling wiring. LED lights are polarity sensitive, and I don't trust RV manufacturers to follow wiring color codes. So, like I said, after wiring, if the lights won't light up, hook the 2 white wires on the lamp to the black wire from the ceiling, and the black wire from the lamp to the white wire from the ceiling.
Or, just use a multimeter to double check which ceiling wire is the hot wire. Hook the hot wire to the black wire on the ceiling light.
