With 3.42 gears and 68RFE, That might not be the best for towing.
To OP, what you want to do is not a good mix for towing a 5er.
Pin weight will put the rear down as others have pointed out.
If you want to raise the truck, you would be better off not getting a 5th wheel trailer.
