One thing to consider is most dealers can do a multi-state search for your 2013, and find what you are looking for at a good price. Definitely don't pay over invoice on a 2013...find a dealer that will sell at invoice and help you find what you want.
I know in past years, sometime in Aug or Sept (not sure exactly which month), rebates for both Ford and GM/Chevy current model year have been around 4000 or more dollars.
I bought a GM product in 2009 and 2011, and both times got at least 4000 in rebates, plus prices that were at invoice to begin with...by the time you add all that up, final price was about 10000 below msrp.
