One by axle is fresh water.
The two back corner are low point drains used when winterizing unit, not fresh water drains. Yes to drain water heater.
First couple times hard to get off may take pliers.
Once I used it several times I just hand tightened.
Have fun we really enjoyed our qb, recently went to a Class C!
