I'd be skeptical of a buyback as well, but depending on your mechanical ability, how the truck drives and what kind of deal you can get, it may be the right truck for you.
With the absurd resale prices and low inventory of newer rigs a guy on a budget needs to get a little creative maybe to get what he wants.
Def do your research on it and test drive the snot out of it first.
My question is how'd a CA buyback make it to TN?
Second owner after the buyback that had problems too?
IMO a buyback would have to be priced like a salvage to make it attractive and then only if it checks out.
