'14 Ram 3500
Looking around for a 3500. Found a '14 with low miles, but it seems to be a buy back truck from California. Steering issues, dealer could not replicate the problem. What changed from '14 to '15 frame/...

RAM bought back a lot of trucks in the last years. Most had small fixable issues, but the owners used this opportunity to upgrade to a newer truck.
This 2014 might have been bought back while they were waiting for a fix for this.

Well thats a new one, where did you come up with a buyback for the track bar issues on the 2014's. Read a lot about the track bar recall from start to finish, and don't remember any talk of a buyback. If that would have been the case I would have been the first in line.

You're correct...There wasn't a government forced buy back for the 2014 due to this serious safety issue.
I was surprised hearing that from the Ram Mafia, but it shouldn't surprise me what I hear from that group.
The crazy thing is all the down playing, and I haven't had any issues group. It's usually played that way , no different then guys getting on here and jumping up ,and down about how great the 6.0 powerstroke was, well overall it was not a great engine.
This emission thing is real problem. The mafia can down play it all they want on these Ram issues, but it has at least if not more problems then the other two.
I keep hearing how great ,and the longevity of the Cummins engine is. Who cares if the motor will go X amount of miles, when the rest of the truck will leave you beside the road.
