Robert, multiple members of this forum and I have went over why North American full size trucks don't sell well outside of NA. Things such as the old displacement tax(which the US never had) where larger displacement engines found in big trucks were taxed heavily which caused vehicles to become smaller overseas, smaller urban roadways due to these smaller vehicles, cost to convert the vehicle to right side drive, fuel prices being much higher in most places outside NA, and their higher cost of ownership are all reasons.
However, you don't want to believe these reasons because it does not fit your anti-American mindset. You want to hate anything that comes from the US from our measuring system to our trucks and you want to believe that everyone outside North America does as well. This hate for anything US causes irrational thought and illogical reasoning. Hence the reason why you post so many false things that cannot be backed up with any facts or references. Set aside your anti-US hate for a while and open your mind to a logical conversation without the name calling, false comments, and false accusations.
