17" wheels
I have been looking at a F250 Diesel with 17" wheels the door sticker states Front GAWR 5940 Rear GAWR 6100 and the GVWR 10000 is this good enough to tow FW around 9000 to 11000 lbs?

I would not worry about the 17s, and I think that truck would work well for the size FW you mention.
I ordered my truck with the 17s (General Grabbers), and stayed with the 250, to avoid the 4" block on the 350 rear axle. My concern was height of 4x4, to clear garage door, and to keep my FW towing closer to level.
My tires are rated 3195, and RAWR is 6200. I did order HD service suspension.
