17" wheels
I have been looking at a F250 Diesel with 17" wheels the door sticker states Front GAWR 5940 Rear GAWR 6100 and the GVWR 10000 is this good enough to tow FW around 9000 to 11000 lbs?

Your correct.
However the 18" and 20" wheels and tires are a option on the F250 or come std with certain packages. I see lots of F250 owners say their trucks came from the factory with them.
