I don't think you will have any issues. There are three height adjustments on the hitch of the 342. Even with the larger tires, it does not look to me like your much if any higher than OEM. I raised my hitch on the 342 when I got it, my tires are larger than OEM for the 3500. I also put 235/85/16's on the 342 which gave me a little more height to level the trailer out when hooked up.
You may also want to make sure the computer on the truck is set for that tire size. It make a difference in how the antilock brakes function.
