stpddog: Here's what I see, I have a stock 2011 Chevy 3500HD LT Ext Cab Dually, measured from the pavement to top of tail gate was 57". OEM tires measure 31.8" in diameter and it looks like your Kelly's measure 33.2". So that should put your new truck approx 58" to the tail gate.
We pull a 17K 40' 5er with a pin weight of 4K. Since the Truck has a slight forward rake without a load, once connected with the pin weight the truck and RV sit level and has 8 to 10 inches 5er to bed rail clearance.
My guess is you'll be really close and a lot will depend on the King Pin setup and the pin weight you end up with.
