1989 Fleetwood Prowler. What is this power switch/box?

Renovation and electrical upgrade on 1989 Fleetwood Prowler 28ft TT. What is this electrical box/switch? This cord comes out of the bedroom wall about 1-foot from where the AC feeds (from breakers) ...

I had a 1991 Prowler and I never saw a box like that on mine. I wonder if it was something a previous owner added then kept when they sold it.?. I'd have to plug the camper in and put a meter on those wires and see what's coming out.

BTW, we had some good times in that old camper. It was heavy but, a decent camper.
