1993 Shadow Cruiser slide in pop up questions with pics

This is a 1993 slide in pop up camper. No water heater no electric frige. Would someone tell me what these two wires are for? I bought it like this. There is not a compartment on the outside for a ba...

Have you pulled the cover of the electric box to see what is connected to what ? Do the loose wires reach the electric box ? Do all the 12v interior lights , etc work when connected to the truck ? Do they work when connected to shore power ? Are you reading 12v at those loose wires or 12v+ ? Does the 12v outlet at the upper left corner work when connected to the truck
