There are anything but lite. When I worked at an RV lot after retirement the joke was always when an Alpenlite came in was here comes another Alpenheavy. They were always very heavy for their size, this includes their 5th wheels. I looked very hard at one of their 5th wheels and even went to the factory in Yakama, WA were they were built to look at the construction.
I have no doubt that your F250 is going to be very overloaded without the hitch weight of your trailer added to the rear of the truck.
