Coloring books and crayon for the kids. Even older kids like colored pencils and some of those new coloring books with wild black and white designs. Other toys, especially inside toys for rainy days.
A good size piece of indoor/outdoor carpet/fake grass, maybe 10x12. Great for in front of the door and under the awning.
