TxDPS Licensing
Many folks do not meet this requirement and many may not even know it exists. So I would definitely ensure you call your local Department of Motor Vehicle (or equivalent) to ensure you meet the licensing standards.
Here in Texas there is also the reg that if your combined wieght exceeds 26000lbs even if trailer is less than 10000 requires thee class A non-cdl.you got to turn the page after reading the exemptions as its an exception to the exemption
