It's in their SuperDuty towing guide. The 2013 guide says "If the provided 2.5" to 2.0" adapter is used, this reduces the Max. Trailer Capacity to 12,500 lbs. and the Max. Tongue Load to 1,250 lbs.". This is for the F250s.

The 2.5" receiver w/o the 2" adapter is rated at 1400/14,000 for the F250s, higher for the F350s
