67avion, damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead! It's been funny watching the price bouncing around out here, Hanksville was pricier than just the west side of Capital Reef. I have seen a 60 cent spread between Hanksville the other night, and Zion. I guess some of these little towns must do a double extra charge since they are a park entrance town in BOTH directions! But the bottom line is I'm not complaining....glad to be out on the road. The snow in Bryce was amazing....
I also remember right after buying this 19k beast the fuel prices for diesel shot to nearly 5 bucks and like the other poster I remember the first and only time I filled up and had to do three swipes of the card. But we still drove Denver to Louisiana for A week trip.
I can only remember one time canceling a big trip and instead doing a shorter one just due to fuel prices.
