3rd and 4th gen AAM axles up to 2013/14 on Rams don't have any axle disconnect.
The only way I know to get 2 low on these models is to replace the unit bearings with traditional locking hubs.
FWIW though, I've used 4 Lo on many ocassions for slow backing maneuvers. It doesn't hurt a thing. You'll get a little bucking if turning sharp but unless it's a daily occurrence I don't see the value in an expensive mod. Any truck with a CAD should be a less costly mod to get 2lo.
