I thought on the 6.7 Scorpion they had reversed air flow so that the turbo was in the valley of the engine and intakes were on the sides? If thats correct most all of the effected parts should be right on top.
I believe most work like this if they have to work behind the engine that it requires the cab to be lifted off the frame.
