2 week old F350 already in for repairs

I've been happy with mine after the initial bad taste.
Like the Service Manager said....."We don't make them BUT we will fix it"
AND they did!

Out of curiosity, what was the problem?

Starter failed when 3 teeth on flex plate broke off.

Dealer was unable to get a replacement starter for over a week and still hadn't confirmed a flex plate.
'Convinced' dealer to R/R stater out of one of his show room trucks and get be back on the road
The next week when I got back to MY dealer they replaced starter & flex plate in couple hours
