For what it’s worth my TT didn’t come with a ladder either. I had heard the theory it meant my roof couldn’t be walked on. I called Heartland directly and asked about walking on my roof. The tech replied it was no problem. He also offered there is no such thing as a “no walk on roof.” If there were, no RVs would have AC or vents up top. Also roofs needed to be walked on to perform preventative maintenance. Some RVs just don’t come with ladders.
After the phone call I proceeded to install 400W of solar, a fantastic fan and a skylight while walking on my roof.
