20 pound CO2 tank across international boundry?

Thanks for the info. I removed the tank anyway as that space was needed for suitcases for the second part of our 3-part Spring excursion:
1. XTC Camp from N. California to N. WA state. ( 5 days)
2. Board a cruise ship from Vancouver for a week-long sail to AK and back. (7 days) Pulling away in Vancouver in a driving rain:

3. XTC Camp up Hwy. 99 in B.C. past Whistler and back home. (5 days)
We're in day 3 of part 2: Juneau AK.
