Glad you liked it. The Ford 6.2 gas is a great engine. The fuel economy is low, but that's to be expected. You probably only tow that trailer a few times a year, so a few extra MPG's that a diesel would provide is probably not worth it.
I just finished a 4000 mile trip in a 2013 Class C Ford V10. My fuel bill was large, but it's part of the cost of travel in an RV.
I will add that I think 75 mph is too fast. It's great that you have upgraded your tires, but even so, if you ever need to swerve to avoid something, 65 mph is safer than 75 mph. Plus, your fuel economy goes up if you decrease your speed.
But, that is just my opinion. And, as people often say, opinions are like armpits - everyone has a couple, and most of them stink.
