2002 Chevy Avalanche K2500 8.1 Big Block

I currently have 110k. And 7600 towing. The avalanche 12000 towing

I currently haul fire wood and have a quad. The Ava would haul 700lb quad and decent tongue weight for solo quad hunting trips. My sub is family and hurting on camper options.

I can only tow hybrid and ultra light bunkhouse. I want heavy duty 15" tire bunkhouse with slide.

Figure capable 6.0 k2500cc. 14 to 20k. Hi miles and abused. The Ava. No money out upgrade capabilities

What year is the Avy and what trim level?

I would rather find a similar crew cab pickup with the 8.1L and Allison trans. But I also agree, for about the same value, replace the truck over spending on yours.

The Avalanche is a 2002. Lt1 roof and cloth.

My 2004 sub is leather. Roof and second row captain

Upon closer exam of label I discovered it has a 3.73. I'll have to comb through the Ava and see if it was ever changed out. It is one owner and had a crappy uhaul brake controller. We picked it up at auction and trucked it back last night.
