the roof had some leaking spots and then the end cap cracked. We thought we did a good job sealing the roof and re-caulking and using the bondo for the cap. I think the roof was leaking when we bought it we just didn't know. It took us about 3wks to repair it do to working a real job and we saved about $ 5,000
