2003 F150 towing Wildwood X-lite

I recently purchased a 2003 Ford F150 4X4 with a 3:55 rear end 5.6 V8 automatic transmission. I will be towing a 2014 Wildwood X-lite (dry wt. 4135 lbs) so I expect a loaded weight would be approx. 5100 lbs. My question is should I activate the "No Overdrive" feature the entire time I tow? What do you experts suggest?? Thanks in advance.
